They are evolving CS2 in to a mobile game where you rent a weapon for a couple of days, the difference though is that you rent for in-game money in those games and buy for real money, Valve want real money for everything. They should just give players a short tryout period for weapons to test if they like the weapons, FOR FREE. They are basically just renting you pixels, you gain nothing for giving them money.

Opening cases is considered gambling and is banned in some countries, this is a way around it and this way they can maintain a revenue stream. Did my chrome canon drop 42 dollars in a day, yes ☹️. They should have done this with a new case.

You can only rent from the Kilowatt case at the moment. There's a chance that you might only be able to rent skins out from the newest crate as they come out which is fine by me. I kind of hope they don't make every crate rentable.
