CS2 running but not displaying on screen.

So, everytime i launch cs2, it plays the valve intro, but after that my game automatically tabs out and i cant get in again. Steam says its running, task manager says its running, and there is a window of the game opened. Its happening on my brand new laptop. I've tried so many diferent things, and cs will only launch correctly after i relaunch it a thousand times. And sometimes, while im playing, if i change like the texture quality or the res, it tabs out again and i cant get in

Specs are Ryzen 7 6800h rtx 3060 16 gb ram, etc
