Why are the chickens enemies?
When you kill a chicken in deathmatch it says: "1 point for killing an enemy"

Because chickens are a path to the darkside.

Chickens leads to eggs, eggs leads to dishes with undercooked eggs, dishes with undercooked eggs leads to ..explosive ..toilet ..visits.:worf_rage:
