Best settings for low end pc
specs (AMD Radeom(TM) Vega 3 Graphics, 8bg ram, AMD Atholn 300GE

lowest settings with FSR is probably your best bet but honestly.. since you are on an AM4 motherboard/desktop.
Get yourself a GPU, even a decade old GTX 970 will be much faster than this iGPU
Get a 2x8GB DDR4 kit so you can bump up it to 16GB + have dual channel
and for CPU? You can replace that 300GE with like R5 3600 or so

ik this pc is worse but how tf can i play valo on 60 fps medium setting 1920x1080 smooth no lag and shii but i cant play cs2 on 60 fps o everything low and the loading time is so long
but can anyone help say what cheap upgrades i can do?

CS2 is far more demanding to run compared to Valorant. so there is that but I gave ya a quick overview of where you can start to look for in terms of upgrades
