Paused FACEIT subscription still charged money?

So, yesterday about 10pm my time, I've stopped my monthly Plus subscription due to lack of funds (I've still got some money left for stuffs but not for this sub). But somehow an hour later, I opened my phone and saw I got deducted from my bank account and it was come from Faceit sub, still that one. Do you guys know how long does the support team will answer me, I've already wrote a ticket to them?
