Can't Change Graphic Settings

No mather how i try, i can't change graphic settings. It's always on high or smt like that. I can play with it but i want more fps for gaming. And I'm changing them to low. Options in menu says it is low but it is not. There is no difference in graphics or in my fps.

So how can i change this?
This probably about cfg but couldnt do anything about it.

I think it's a cs:go problem, let's wait the next patch release

Its the new update which shader quality is in high and doesn't let you change it so we have to wait until valve fixes it

Same issue here with AMD, tried reinstalling and doesn't fix it. This is all to do with cs.

The problem is not in the drivers, just the game does not save the settings ..........

my friend does not have such a problem, he says that he has everything as it was, and remains(((
and he plays if that on low settings, he would have noticed the difference

I have the exact same problem, i'm not sure if it is just a problem with the shader settings but my game seems to be running weirdly overall. I have tried everything; changed config, validated game files, tweaked the video.txt and still no fix. I will just wait until volvo fixes..
