Can't Change Graphic Settings

No mather how i try, i can't change graphic settings. It's always on high or smt like that. I can play with it but i want more fps for gaming. And I'm changing them to low. Options in menu says it is low but it is not. There is no difference in graphics or in my fps.

So how can i change this?
This probably about cfg but couldnt do anything about it.

Probably because your video.txt is set to Read-only, so even if you change it in-game the settings won't change.

Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg and scroll down until you find the video text document. Right click it, click Properties, then untick Read-only if it has a check mark. After that, go ahead and try to change your video settings, hit Apply then set the video.txt to Read-only again, then reboot CS:GO.

1) OFC I PRESS APPLY BUTTON. are u kidding me? LOL

2) I Did it. It even remembers my cfg nothing's changing.

3) There should be. Or at least it should show a bit difference at FPS?

So i can't use custom cfg with graphic options that i want? I looked in those cfgs but there was no code for it. At least that i can see.

In this game the only graphic configurations that you can do are resolution and the change in advance graphics, no reason to use CFG, there is no CFG that help you to get better fps, if you want better fps just play with the resolution and advance options inside game.
