Csgo weapon attachments for aesthetics only? (IDEA)

-Its super clear that csgo would be ruined if they ever added attachments as a gameplay element. But I think it would be cool if they added an attachments sort of gimmick only for apearance purposes and nothing else. Examples include stuff like red dots/ acog's. Even stuff like gun straps etc/ This would have to exclude silencers since that is an actual thing in the game for the usp and m4a1.

-I want to get away from the idea of making attachments a marketable trait. Maybe tradeable. But valve would probably be down for something like that since more money for them. I'm sure people would like it if you can download them from the workshop of peoples design's. A good way to get them would be through drops or mission rewards (gotta admit, sounds better than crappy looking skins). And they could drop as often as skins do.]

-They could have quality forms too (Like factory new to battle scarred) and perhaps grades if it becomes a big thing.

-Finally, If posttible perhaps arguments would come up saying this would affect gameplay by the attachments blocking your view or somehow giving away your weapon if your hiding.

-I would love to hear what you guys think about this . I'm cool with both positive and negative comments i dont mind maybe add something you would like to see. I'm ready to look like an idiot if this idea turns out to be dumb. the title does say IDEA for a reason after all.

Valve considered them but they decided to go with skins instead because attachments might make it harder to identifying a dropped weapon
