Stuck at CS:GO checkout

It's been a problem that has been bugging me for some time now, I've searched online for solutions but I have never found any.

The checking out when purchasing from the in-game store constantly just gets stuck there.
I've tried all methods currently known online -

Running as Admin
Checking game cache
Deleting all files except for SteamApps, userdata and steam.exe
Re-installing steam
Wait again before purchasing
Whatever elese you can think of

This is really a big problem and I'm sure i'm not the only one having this problem. Sending a ticket isn't gonna help from what I've read too. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Try using your web browsers? If Internet Explorer doesn't work, there's a variety of browsers to choose from: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc. If that doesn't work, something must be wrong. Try cleaning up your computer, maybe it's your cookies that's blocking the purchase, or maybe your bank account / PayPal that's blocking the purchase.

you can try to verify integreity of game files in the properties and under local files. SOMETIMES it works for such problems.

HavikkTV - I meant buying it in-game. Buying from the steam market works for sure but where I'm from, its much cheaper purchasing it in game, thus the fuss.

happens to me too i cant buy nametag ingame, tried redownload and verifly game cache...

Doesn't matter. Sometimes even running as admin doesn't work. However, now after I've formatted my PC, I can purchase from in-game already.
