Ms lagg spikes after update

I get lagg spikes and my ms goes from normal 7-9m/s to 100 when im looking att the scoreboard. And random times in a round it can go all the way upp to 300ms.

My ping is 12-32 and i have checked the internet and router. Tried to reinstall windows and graphic drivers with no luck. Anybody got some suggestions?

Found the problem! Tried a Nvme M.2 ssd with windows 11 and the game ran smooth

Friends, I am a Windows 10 user. When switching to the game menu, FPS drops and there is constant lag in the game. Also, when I open and close the game scoreboard, the fps suddenly drops from 250-300 to 50-60 fps and the ms delay in the upper right corner increases to over 100.

I have no problems with other games, I've only been having problems with CS2 for the last week, I don't know how to fix it.
