Mic and sound problem with CS2

Hello guys,

I have a problem with mic and sound.
First my specification:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600
ASROCK B650M PRO RS WIFI
GeFORCE RTX 4060 EAGLE
32 GB RAM
OS Windows 10

Installed all newset drivers from www of producers.

When I press push to talk the game freezes. When setting YES with "streamlined push to talk" there is no freez but there is no sound either - nor in game nor in menu.

Tried with SONY WH-CH520 for BT and some Dell headset for USB connection.
For Sony they are shown in the system as "SONY WH-CH520 stereo" and "SONY WH-CH520 hands free AG audio" for output and "SONY WH-CH520 hands free AG audio" for input.

When using different combinations in sound settings if I achieve good sound and no freez then the MIC is not working in game, and if there is no freez and mic is working then the sound is deformed or there is none at all.

Only workaroud that "works" is if I connect headphones to a monitor which works as a hub and set the monitor as the output device and use the wireless from Sony as a MIC. Then the sound is good, and there is no freez whe push to talk is used.

Any ideas how to solve it?

What wireless has to do with this problem? I used wired also with exactly the same result. The problem is not with the sound quality...

yeah i have the same issue, my mic is dam good and also my wired one good to. sadly tho cant seem to chat or speak as it wont pick it up, with tweaks it makes the mic go all over with sound.

The problem is the headphone...I have the same issue. It only works in the hands-free output but the sound is ♥♥♥♥ you can't tell where the steps are coming from because it's not stereo. Even when I start a game with the headphone output with sound coming out, whenever I try to listen to someone in the game the sound is gone and then I need to change the output to hands-free to play the game...Very annoying. I guess I have to buy I wired gaming one instead of using this one.
