CS GO surf on Macbook air

Hello to all,
I would like to play surf on my MacBook air on CS GO, The normal game works just fine on lower settings but every time I try to go on a surf map my game crashes and closes. The info about my mac is below but I would like to know if there is a way to have a non-crashing map so I can play surf or if it's just because my mac is not powerful enough to run any kind of surf map.
I have a MacBook air early 2015 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
