Cs2 locked on 60fps

My game is stuck to 60fps no matter what i do. I tried almost everything and nothing works, yesterday the game was running fine on stable 144fps. Also my other games are running just fine as well as my desktop screen is on 144fps. I tried updating windows, turning v-sync on and off , playing with amd settings, I also tried few cs commands but nothing seems to work. please help

Blat, go to cs2 settings, there go to graphics settings. There should be your fps lock. Change it to 144hz. Blat suka

I Already had it on 144hz , I even tried 120hz and nothing changed

When i started the game the next day the problem fixed itself
