How do you combine skins?
How? I saw someone do it.

It's called a "trade up" and to do this you need 10 skins of the same rarity (consumer, mil-spec, etc.). You just RMB on the skin icon and select "use in contract".

You combine two skins to get a better skin.
In your cs2 item inventory at the top right you will see a button that says trade up contract. You can combine 10 skins of the same rarity level and get one skin of the next highest rarity level. For example 10 blue skins will guarantee 1 purple skin. The exact skin and wear rating depends on the collections that the skins you put in are from and the floats of the individual skins. There are calculators you can find online to help figure out what skins can possibly output.

Ah yea you can take 10x of a particular level of skin (blue, purple, red, etc.). Ten guns, they can all be different

And all 10 of those will disappear for a guaranteed skin of one rank higher in terms of covert, restricted, etc. Essentially making the skin valuable.

You should have at least one trade up contract. Everyone has gotten one

You can't combine 2 skins. The thing you mean is called a contract and you need 10 skins to upgrade.
