How bad is the cheating issue at lower elo/low competitive ranks?

I started playing CS2 like 3 days ago, I feel like I'm behind in every matches, and when I play with a friend, its pretty often they tell me its likely, or even confirm there's a cheater in the enemy team. Is it as bad as I hear it to be even in that low elo? It's not something that makes me even wanna try to keep playing and get better. Every single match I feel so far behind, and like I can't do anything, almost like it's either me being against much stronger opponents if not smurfs every match, or cheaters?
I mean I get it, there's some skill issue in there, but there hasn't been a single match in 3 days where I could say I felt like I did above average.

I wanna add yeah I specify low elo, I saw that issues with match fixings and cheating is there even at pro level in a pretty big way, so I shouldn't expect much more here ig.
At least I won't risk getting banned for shooting at a dead enemy or teabagging like in valorant, or sued because its compared to IRL assault ig

Yes ,it is !! Cheaters are crawling in cs2 . They are everywhere ,no matter the rank ,match ,modes or whatever you want to look .

I am player with more than 5000 hours played in this game and a lot of experince behind ( i play cs since 2002 ) and i am telling you that cheaters are at about 80% in cs right now ,maybe higher or lower ,but all kids wants to be good and go downlaod cheats or get the monthly paid cheats (which are more better and harder to see ) and come and play and cheats in all matches and dont get bann .

They eneable and disable the cheats depending of the course of the game ,one push of a button .

Thats crazy tbh. I mean genuinely for a game that has such a huge history behind, and that has been (and still acts) competitive, its really stupid
I would have loved to actually put time in, try to improve in the game. But considering it's gonna be really hard to somehow catch up the slightest from people who have been playing numerous years, I don't wanna have to put up with a huge cheating playerbase too, so meh, i guess it's kinda stupid.

As far as I know CS doesn't use kernel anti cheat, but at this point I would rather, I saw faceit does, and many other games do. Plus its not like internet doesn't know everything about most people already so, at least make that ♥♥♥♥ efficient and take all my data pls <3

Yeah I also assume I probs had that, I felt like some people just seemed very legit after I was confused, and checked replay.
But they clearly didn't belong in some low silver office match.. That dude was rolling all of us like bots XDDD

you cant even know if some1 is cheating or not, you are still too bad at the game.

we didnt see cheater since years, even if one getting banned for cheats they still played like bot

Depends...
I played many competitive in Dust2 in S4-GN1 ranks, also played Premier from 3k to 12k and barely had any cheaters (few guys with WH at the worst). People I play with also don't have such a problem.

Though some people post video where they get spinbots in 2k ratings. So I'd say it more depends on your region and trust factor. If you feel your experience is very bad, then I suggest to play something else.

I mean I won't talk for everyone, but in my personal experience the low ranks \ ratings are pretty fine.

its worse, i am grinding my way up in premiere only to get whacked by cheaters that too balatant cheaters, if valve cant fix this it will die, the pro scene will die soon too.
