There is no limit unless you using your alts for bot farming / selling accounts , or smurf boosting other players .

I think you're completely off on what this topic is about.

I thought he was talking about the cs2 item that is known as "gift" and looks like a christmas package. aka container #8. I'm not talking about gifting a copy of a video game. I'm talking about "gift packages" in cs2.

I assumed he was asking about if they still worked. Because what happens is when you use this cs2 item it randomly gifts a skin to a random member in the game/match. I thought they were kinda rare so I bought a few and got my brother to store them on his storage container for me incase I ever get hacked.

Im playing since 2016 . , and actually never bought nor open any of them .
There're 190 listed on market , and even if they works in game I doubt that their price will go up soon because they are unpopular,
