Casual Unplayable

Am I the only one who feels like casual cs is never casual? Every game I play there's at least 1-4 guys, probably on a smurf or just faceit guys or something, going like 10-0 and smashing every game 8-2 or 8-0. Its so unenjoyable im ready to quit. There's now comp, premier, faceit, and probably 10 other options to play against equally serious and competitive players. Why do they feel the need to make casual so lopsided and frustrating? I feel like some form of skill group for casual would be great to make games more even and finally be able to have a goofy, laid back game where everyone has some fun and people that wanna feel like s1mple against unranked players can stay in a separate pool with eachother. Im sure not everyone will agree with me here but where is the casual? I used to goof around and have so much fun, talk to chill people, try dumb strats that sometimes work, etc and now its just waiting for the troll to show up and wipe my whole team for the 8th round in a row. I love cs but man I'm not a pro, it would just be nice to be matched w ppl who dont want to take advantage of that.

casual equals playing "in the wild ", you seem to be very low on the food chain , work your way up and staying there is what this game is all about , it is the core of this game , improving yourself over time like every one else does

this is my problem. Do you understand what casual means? I shouldnt have to worry about some "food chain" or "training" to play a casual game. If i have to "train" to play something for leisure then its no longer leisure.

This has been months, probably a year at least. Nobody is still understanding my issue. I dont care about comp, i dont want to play competitively. I would like casual to be casual. If i wanted to play comp i wouldnt complain about this because i would be expecting people to be trying their absolute hardest, no?

I play a lot of CS2 and CSS casual and rarely find myself struggling. This is counter strike not a team fortress 2 friendly server

casual means no comphetitve rules apllied , playing the way you want against any skill level present , by default full armor and defuse kit , leaving the match when ever u wish without penalty

bro please stop continually clowning me for trying to have a discussion. You know what I'm saying, I'm advocating for casual that is able to be played casually. I'm done engaging with you if all youre going to do is try to dismantle me. This is the other problem arising, the community. Before I could actually discuss and play with the idea of a new mode or something, now I get people like you that just want to be frustrating and contradictory.

if you are getting destroyed a lot in casual then you are just bad, thats just it

casual is not a "goofing around lol xd" gamemode, players will attack you and will do everything to kill you. What do you not understand?

He means something like this: https://ibb.co/fkXtVnD. And yes, having different skill groups would alleviate the situation instead of me trying to balance teams or dying on purpose when there are no suitable counters.

That's because some skilled players don't want to deal with drama in ranked. I also hate the "technical pauses," and just 2-3 kills per round are wildly unsatisfying.

Now, with that said, your satisfaction in either casual or ranked depends on PC specs, internet speeds, matchmaking location and amount of cheaters in the current match rather than playing aggressively or having a more laid back approach.
There is nothing to goof around with, as there are only a handful of maps and the objectives are straightforward.

Curbing the troll grief reporting issue, implementing smaller technical pauses, or adding a larger ranked pool, such as 6v6 or 7v7, would likely draw said players back to ranked. However, as of now, accessing ranked is a paid feature, while there are no benefits whatsoever or meaningful content to unlock with it.

for me: im playing a lot casual, but for now im out too, in casual its not that there are good pros, there are a lot cheaters not realy smurfs, smurfs are realy rar and at least iknow how to hold the crosshair what many many of new accounts with good highscore dont do, i tried 2 servers today, no chance, a lot new accounts with cheats, nobody kicking them, even if they standing under the map and giving magic bullets, the anticheat got out of control

they standing under the map... even in a 10v10 nobody is kicking... tpeople need wins where i realy dont understand why because its casual only.


i didnt read every coment here, im just p*ssed over the anticheat of this game and even the players they gave up on kicking cheaters.
