Can steam support manual ban with proof?
I am not really one to ever call people cheaters as tbh I have hardly encountered any during my 9 years playing this game. I do believe a lot of cases are a skill gap rather than cheating. That being said I did just encounter a blatant one who wasn't even trying to hide it. The enemy team eventually kicked him for it but only after he ruined most of the game with it already. I reported in game but we all know how useless that is, especially since overwatch is no longer a thing. Does anyone know if reporting via account & submitting video evidence can lead to a manual ban? From his account history hes been doing it for months & nothing has happened yet

If you mean cheaters, then no, they don't.
If you mean boosting lobbies with bots, then yes.
Oof, yeah I mean't a cheater. Headshoting with scout through walls for 9 rounds straight. Demo also shows lock on through walls

No, they don't watch demos with cheaters unfortunately, they only check the private data of accounts if those are suspected in boosting.
So we are supposed to just let cheaters run free & hope VAC catches them? Wow lol. I see people complain a lot about this ban system and I am starting to understand why lol

For 9 years if you have ''hardly'' met a cheater that means you are really bad player bro...You can't even make a smallest difference between cheater and a good player.

Not sure how you arrived at that conclusion. I just don't assume everyone better than me is a cheater. As far as most people go, if anyone is significantly better than them, must be a cheater. I don't buy into that excuse. I've been called a cheater more times than I care to count & I don't cheat. If not making excuses for being outplayed makes me bad at the game, so be it. I won't call everyone a cheater because they are better than me & a lot of people could learn that too. If we spent less time calling everyone a cheater then there would be more focus on the actual cheaters.
