In the lan its more difficult i guess, but still there.
nah, i was referring to the clip that everyone was crying about. it's the one where he shot 2 enemies thru smoke on nuke. everyone was like "HOW DID HE KNOW WHERE TO AIM". that clip was posted in many discussions.
i just pointed out that i have barely 2000h in csgo/cs2 and i can easily do same, just cuz someone uses common sense, doesn't mean they cheat.
average cs2 player has no common sense, they just stomp around like horses and are generally very predictable, when they see someone use common sense instead of holding W, then they call cheats.
actually i used to play with tournament players around 2013-2014. my 1000h (back then) vs their 4000-14000 hours and i was doing just fine. i was mostly playing awp, they even gave me a nickname "the guardian killer" cuz 9 out of 10 times i won against him (he was one of the best awp players).
Yes, its just about timming, PROs use the clock, regular people dont even use the radar! hahaha
..tell me about it, i can get quite frustrated when people go like "info? infoo? INFOOO???" .. for crying out loud, can't they just look on minimap aka radar?
you might have noticed from my videos, my minimap is zoomed out all the way, so i can see entire map on it. it's so much more effective than constantly asking "where? WHEREEE???"
worst moments are when you're CT, someone gets the bomb down and it's marked on minimap, but NOBODY notices and they just rush around like bunch of headless chickens ... and then they get picked off one by one :/ .. and if you can't do 1 v 3 (or 4), then they blame you for being in "wrong" place ... even tho you're the only one defending the dropped bomb .. FACEPALM 1000x
Now, the new meta of cs is to just prefire all corners with peekers advantage that you think enemy might be at.
Idk, I like the stealthily played cs matches. Those are much more enjoyable, where a team uses cunning wit to win, instead of just outfragging in general
I enjoy those moments, just not as much as the quiet sneaky plays where five team members make it onto a site and plant and the CTs could go for it but they're down two players
same, i hate all this rushing around like headless chickens .. and then some "frag ho" is starting to complain that you sux only cuz you have less frags than he does ... it isn't a deathmatch, frags mean nothing if you don't win the match. sometimes i get frustrated and grab P90 and do same, i usually get 1-3 kills. on mirage i just rushed ramp and caught CTs with their pants down .. or well nades out. 3 of them were literally trying to throw nades. i got 2 of them in process and my team was just sitting like "ooOOOO" and did NOTHING to help and still lost with 3 vs 4... if only they would have pushed and killed the remaining one, then A would have been clear .. but they just sat there and were touching eachother and gave enemy enough time to rotate .. then they go 1 by 1 .... just FACEPALM 1000x moment
it's easy to detect actual cheater tho, if they just run around like a horse and don't prefire anything, but that ONE corner where there is enemy, they start walking and prefire that ONE corner.
DMA = direct memory access? is this what you referring to?
i actually had this idea years ago, i thought this is how some players got cheats into tournament PCs, but as far as i know, they're no longer allowed to bring their own gear.
I think you are right that it is no longer allowed, I watched one tournament and it looked to me that they all had exactly same peripherals. In some tournaments players can make a list which hardware they are willing to play with. Personally I cannot imagine using a different mouse, it would mess up my aim completely. Few months ago my mouse broke and I was forced to using a new one, it took me over 2 weeks before I got used to it. I was playing horrible and could not hit anything at all.
