FRAMETIME STUTTERS ON HIGH END PC

In desperate need of some help with fixing my lag. I've read every reddit post, watched every youtube video and have still not found a fix. I've cleared shader cache, optimized windows, optimized nvidia, changed graphic settings, etc... nothing works. Stutters are worse on some maps than others (Inferno being the worst). I have a Razer Blade 16 laptop with a 4070, 19-13650HX, and 32gb of ram. I have adequate disk space for my game and running other processes in the background doesn't affect anything. If ANYONE has ideas, please leave a comment.

FPS or not bro the frametime is the problem. Not my fault CS2 is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimized. I get 200+ on MW3

So I play on your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turkish server, lose by only 5 rounds and you refuse to play on an NA server. Crazy that you have 4x my hours and suck THIS bad

Cap your fps at 15 fps more than your monitors refresh rate… like if it 120 then fps_max 135 if it’s 144 cap at fps_max 159. You should do this on all your games.

Also you should be getting more fps if you are playing 1080p, I run all max with an i7 and 3060 and get better performance. May want to run a resource monitor and benchmark.

Like earlier I am trying to jump, and it just doesnt happen.

You can make it happen, If you just repeatedly hit the jump button eventually it times out on its own. Its not a glitch, its a feature!

Just indie company things.
