CS2 crashing missing VPK file

I have recently built a new computer and when I downloaded cs2 it keeps crashing saying "cs2.vpk missing file" something like that. It said that all I have to do is to verify the game files.I have verified and reinstalled the game multiple times and the problem still persists.

Does anyone have encountered the same problem as me?
If so, can you help me resolve it
