I have a semi paralyzed left hand

I want to bind capslock, A, Q to move left can anyone help?

yes I want to bind Key "Q" "capslock" "A" to move left. I have brain cancer and the tumour growth messed up my left hand and it is partially numb. Its very annoying when my left pinkie goes to capslock, q , tab or worse to shift

Open console and paste , i not sure if it work or not but you can try
bind Q "+left";bind capslock "+left";bind A "+left"

but isn't "+left" ionly turn right instead of moving left?

bind q +moveleft; bind capslock +moveleft; bind a +moveleft
