FIXED my CS2's micro sttutering / hiccups, i713700+4080
UPDATE SOLUTIONS: 10.2024
Recently did a Clean Install of Windows 11 PRO 24H2,
CS2 was good at start without any tweeks.
But things can be better and Game has changed a lot since that old solution I said.
You do not need to disable E-Cores anymore. Thx God!

1. If you have problems with crashes and have a 13th or 14th Intel CPUs:
->> Update your Bios to fix a voltage problem that was causing freezing.

2. Upark your CPU
->> There's many ways, google it.

TO CHECK: go to Windows Resource Monitor (resmon.exe) go to CPU tab, and verify if the cores on the left saying its parked.

To unpark my CPU I used this part described in this link. (its down in the page)
It's simpler and not need a third party program Like ParkControl.

Search for "How to Show Core Parking Options in Advanced Power Options"

Link:
https://bitsum.com/parkcontrol/#:~:text=How%20to%20Show%20Core%20Parking%20Options%20in,to%20do%20it%20yourself%2C%20use%20these%20commands

So, I,
Used the command on prompt CMD.exe as admin To enable the option in advanced settings for energy.:
powercfg /attributes SUB_PROCESSOR CPMINCORES -ATTRIB_HIDE

extra:
Also used this command to enable Ultimate Energy Plan for my Win 11 PRO:

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

Then selected the Ultimate plan, unpark the CPU on the advanced options by putting 100% on Processors performance core parking min cores

Done!

3. Enable Resizeble Bar
->> Enable Resizeble Bar on Bios.
And use Nvidia Inspector to eneble it to CS2.

4. Vsync
->> Disable it in game and in Nvidia Panel to CS2,
Use Nvidia Reflex Enable (+boost with 4k or 8k polling rates mouse)

OUTDATED SOLUTIONS - OLD POST:

I found that my CPU was parked, i have a I7 13700kf and the game was having performance hiccups here and there.

I used ParkControl to do the magic... now its 100%

Also used Process Lasso to setting CS2 to use only P-Cores, while all other stuff like Firefox, Steam.exe and steamwebhelper.exe to use only E-Cores...

Smoooooooooooth gameplay!
Helped a lot with missing shots...

Now they just need to add VAC 2 and more consistent interpolation

this will only work for intel cpu's that have p and e cores, if you're on amd and are having issues you're out of luck for now

I hate it. Lagging so much on a powerful PC. About to quit this ♥♥♥♥ forever.

Process lasso worked for me. I didn't do anything with p and e cores I just made sure I figured put which cores perform the most, set those to cs2 and then set the obvious threads to steam and everything else has normal priority

Yes, that is an old solution, no need to disable E cores anymore.

But unpark the CPU is a good thing. You can do it with ProcessLasso too.
It's a energy saver feature for notebooks.

Just wait a little while valve is working on stability of the game, then they will focus on other more important things, there getting the game to even open for some people. but personally for me game never crashed. But i do have packet loss after last update who updated how packet loss is calculated hopefully they patch this soon.

Yes valve is working on fixing issues i'm sure you weren't player of csgo in 2013 because it was worse than this. So just give valve some credit for even trying since i doubt you could make a better game.

yeah, valve wasnt making billions per second on gambling back in 2013 though, and didnt already have a game like csgo which they simply needed to recreate / copy

Which they needed to rewrite code for source 2. So they couldn't just port it. They had to redesign the same designs, make the maps essentially the same, all of that. Guns, player mods, etc.
