What should be my CS2 + AMD Adrenaline settings to maximize FPS on a medium to high quality
Hi everyone

I recently just built my gaming PC and just started out in CS2. I've watched several tutorials regarding improving FPS in 1080p but I can't seem to get 'em to work.

I'm wondering if y'all could share a guide on what my settings should be based on the specs below:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: Asus RX 6600 8GB
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1tb
RAM: T-Force Dark ZA DDR4 32gb (2x16gb) 3600MHz CL18
Monitor: Koorui 24E3 (165Hz)

Current situation: I get 120 FPS with drops of up to below 100. (monitor settings already set to 165hz)
I want to at least get 165 FPS to match my monitor refresh rate (of course higher than that is better)

It's likely that I'm missing something.

Perhaps some people here have at least the same exact CPU+GPU combo but get way higher FPS.

Thank you all in advance.

i have 5600 x and 6600 xt and 3200 mhz ram
and get like 250 fps average altough its drops fps when lots of action
-do these

enable xmp for ram in bios set at 3600 mhz
enable pbo (percison boost overdrive)
enable smart access memeory
and optional overclock using amd software its safe and just takes less than 5 clicks

Thank you.

XMP is already enabled upon completing the build
Smart access Memory - this is already enabled in AMD Adrenaline
for PBO and overclock - is this in adrenaline too?

did you overclock your GPU to get that 250fps?

pbo is in bios
overlcock is in amd aderline in perfomance then tuning

you might get just few fps extra from these though not much

also you should check youtube what fps others get with ur exact specs like type "5600x and 6600 xt cs2" and see what fps they get

https://youtu.be/IFQK24dFWso?si=sCeCNOjqWPO5Io9z
