It's i9 13900K. 13700K would be i7.
And yes. There has been some decrease in fps after these updates. My solid 300 without fluctuations isn't solid anymore. Now it's 250-300.
And PCI-E 5.0 nvme wouldn't affect your fps, only load times. RAM affects but only on paper. We're talking about single digits here in MOST scenarios. Anything relatively modern will grant you the fps you'll (ever going to) get. It's CPU ana GPU making the most difference.
And before anyone comes in and starts "ackhually RAM does indeed affect..." Yes I know, that's why I said "in MOST scenarios". You could have double digits rise in fps in certain situations if upgrading, let's say 4800 MT/s cl40 RAM to 7200 MT/s cl32 RAM - depending on other factors as well.
