Why can't I report a leaver?
This is an obvious abuse of the hardcore Valve system.

yurp.. just had two players throw the match constantly, one leave then come back. then leave last second. realized we couldnt report them because they quit last match. fkn trash system

Even the worst player ever, as long as he's not feeding kills, is more useful than a leaver.

And yet, the whole team can report a bad player, but not a leaver. Leavers should get a cooldown unless it's a network issue where they're clearly trying to reconnect.

I don't know about people leaving, since CS2 disconnect issues are insane. But we should be able to report people that got kicked for team kill disconnect.

As mentioned I agree.

I connected to a game, got booted by the server, not players in the server, in the first round.

I tried reconnecting the whole time only to never be able to reconnect. That's also bunk. There needs to be checks for reconnection.
