Very high render latency causing huge fps drop

On startup, the render latency increases to about 100+ms and continues that way making the game seem like its running at about 5fps. is anyone having the same issue? I can't find anything online about it.

I have tried resetting my settings, turning off nvidia low latency, turning off MSAA and even reinstalled a couple of times.

My setup shouldn't be an issue as CS2 has ran very well before the newest update, which is when this problem started.

issue fixed itself for me but i do still have some potential fixes still present on my launch options. -novid -vulkan paste that into ur launch options and theres a possibility it could work. It didnt for me but doesnt hurt to try.
