CS2 minimizing in resolution other than native

Hello,

I can't launch CS2 in other resolution than native. If i set it to 4:3, the game lunches but it gets minimized after Valve logo. I have created custom res, didnt help.
I'm using 7800 XT.

were you playing 4:3 before and it has now stopped working after an update?
are you trying to play 4:3 stretched? 4:3 black bars?

Ive build a new PC few weeks ago. At the start it was working for few days, then it stopped. Streched or bb, does not matter, its minimized. CS only works for me, in native 1920x1080. I am using Radeon 7800 XT. Fresh driver install did not help. All the settings for GPU in Adrenalin are correct.
