Anyway, the trust factor, does show color as well. The message shown in chat will either be yellow or red.

Yes, a message will show. That doesn't mean that Trustfactor has colors. The message tells whether Trustfactor is higher or lower than the person you queue with.
The color doesn't show if your trust factor is good or bad.
