CS2 2FPS last patch xddd

Just downloaded, impossible play. The 2 of CS2 is the average framerate

+75 FPS before

windows + g -> performance data:
CPU: 1% (Ryzen 7) (Same problem in intel CPUs)
GPU: 1% (2080 Ti)
VRAM: 21%
RAM: 51% (not only the game open and i have 16gb)
FPS: 2xd

SOLUTION:
settings->audio->disable streamline push to talk. But still going bad inside sound menu lol
And of course use mic is impossible

Have the same issue cant get more then 17fps with the update. 5900x and a 4090. Tried validating and restarting computer.

tried same, tried adjust some graph settings and nothing works

Quarter One has Counter-Strike 2

tested throwing all graphics to low, still sucks

Same problem, it ran at 300 fps but after the update I got a maximum of 20 fps, nothing solves it, any ideas?
ryzen 5 7600, 32gb ram, rx6600
