What version of CS:GO performed better, and did the Panorama update make the game run worse?

I remember playing this game on the same hardware for years and noticed a significant FPS drop compared to previous versions. May I ask if you have experienced the same throughout the lifespan of the game?

Panorama

Invetory size

other additions

Drivers

Updates

Over time, can game updates and "Optimizations" or lack thereof have an impact on performance? Can changes in hardware drivers, OS updates, or other background processes running on the computer also affect game performance? Is it possible that these factors, along with the Panorama update, may have contributed to the noticeable FPS drop you experienced?

1 - cs go, have became better in graphics, and worse in fps, throughout its life span
2 - it is now cs 2 on source 2 engine, so it is (almost) different game technically
