on most consumer PCs there's nothing that's actually unique on your hardware that can either be read via software or can't be easily changed,
Pretty much every service that attempts to hardware ban just generate a rough ID from combination of device ID's. Same as how windows activation servers treat your system, And just like windows activation changing like 2 IDs in software makes your PC appear as new.
and there are plenty of apps on the internet that can do this with the click of a button.
Or just run some scripts off of github that makes some changes to windows to spoof ur ID upon every reboot,
I deny your spyware permission to gather data on my machine.
IP addresses are limited, so those change every month.
Those who buy IP address have static IP, like big companies.
How they know who is using which graphic cards on their game then? they already gather data from your machine the moment you connect to a game.
