Interrupted movement and flashing scoreboard?

Maybe someone knows how to fix this. Till yesterday all was normal, but from today:
Tab -> scoreboard visible for 2-3 seconds, then starts flashing.
Movement suddenly stops or I start walking (as if im using shift) for no reason.

After pressing Tab the "shifting" stops and I walk normally.
New round - issues appear again

nope, tried with a different keyboard.
happens also in CS:S

few days ago it was fixed by itself somehow, today its back... and I didnt change anything since my post

got the same problem. pressing tab and 1-2 seconds later it flashes.

i added english to my windows 11 tho, becuase gamepass games only changes to english if you use english windows

This looks like cross script execution on cs2. I would not doubt there is security issues with this game and its netcode, Allowing other users to have control of your computer.
