Try settings:
4xMSAA
Global Shadow Quality-High
Partical Detail-Low
Ambient Occlusion-Medium
NVIDIA Reflex-Enabled
Also, maybe try setting launch options- -high +cl_forcepreload
yeah idk ive been experiencing buggy issues as well when just trying to launch the game. freezing menus, and even the menu loading but the "Counter Strike 2" splash screen not fading away.
I run:
RX 5700 XT
32 GB Ram
Ryzen 7 3700X
Same here, this was the solution.
https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Command_line_options#Steam_.28Windows.29
Has to do with for example XMP profile.
So go to the bios and put it lower by 200 at the time until you notice no crashes anymore.
I just lowered it like 200 under default speeds and it solved everything, been playing without crashes since.
You can see that CS2 is still running/adjusted correctly.
Thanks for clearing that up, thought preload was still valid.
