Game stutters on Chinese nametags

My game freezes for like half a sec every time i see a weapon with huge chinese nametag and it seems like every premiere game has at least one player with AK and AWP with this thing. Its just unfair in clutch 1v1 moments when enemy peeks you and it just stutters and you dead. i5 8400, 16gb ddr4, GTX 1070. Game installed on SSD. Any advice? Seems like they do it for a reason and its a legit cheat. Anybody with the same issue?

In general, these weapons appear due to the fact that Chinese players are being scammed and these skins are being brought to the world market. yes, i believe that it has something to do with how sourse 2 or may be some new setting in cs2 processes chinese hieroglyphs when you see that nametag on skin. May be there is a way to disable nametags for good?
because i also strongly believe that a lot of players use this feature for their advantage. Googling led me to nothing and i just hope that in some updates Valve fixes that

No, it have nothing to do with player names. Just name tags on weapons, which appear on skin. And the game stutters exactly at the moment when im aiming at enemy with said weapon or pick it up. And i didn't find the solution yet. This issue appears to be so minor and the game works fine 99.99% of the time yet it could be so critical at clutch moments. I thought of may be if chinese is one of your system languages it'll take the game faster to load an object named with a lot of symbols. Or it could be my old ass gp issue and may be new video driver will solve this. But i never found any info on this in google and issue honestly so minor that i never did any tinkering myself and just would like to hear from anybody with the same issue.

did you find a solution yet? i already tried reinstalling the game, and even steam. did DDU for my gpu (rtx 3070) and i have no clue why it only freezes when i see chinese weapon names. its so frustrating.

yeah i found the solution. i bought the new PC with 32gb DDR5. GPU still the same - GTX 1070. But it feels that FPS overall somehow got lower. idk anymore, hope u can solve this for yourself :)
