HELP! Console Spammed with Network socket errors

My csgo has been slowing down recently and I checked the console only to find hundreds of the same message varying just slightly. Ex :

What do I do about this and how do I fix it? It's affecting my frame rate and slowing down the game in general with a delay.

I set my max fps to 144 and it seemed to have sorted it out for some strange reason.

Same, re-installing steam and game doesnt help. Lowering fps doesnt help.

No that doesnt work, that just hides the message, micro lags and fps drops still persist

I would believe you, my laptop has been recently power throttling (adapter issue and im playing without battery). Maybe that is causing the lags and that message, not the message causing lags. Not sure yet.
