Maybe the forums their can answer the question. But fooling around with graphics with 3rd party software, is questionable.

if its injecting a library into the process, it CAN get you banned
Is using a high resolution monitor not allowed in your books either? It has more pixels than a standard res one.
also why buy this when you can just get something 10x better for free if you know where to look on github.
idk about that chief i read a month ago that using amd anti lag will get you banned,
which is a gpu driver level thing,
its just best to never risk these things if said person needs to ask.
CS2 Uses FSR1.0, which is terrible and it doesn't have Frame Generation feature.
If you get banned it'll be only your fault.
