Cs2 fps issue

Rtx 4050 laptop, i5-12450h, 16 Ram, SSD.

I play cs2 in 250-300 fps 2 days before, now I playing in 80-150 with stuttering. Reinstalled windows, latest drivers, windows update, changing cs video settings but nothing helps. Any ideas why? Tried delete shader cache, temp files and else what i found in youtube. Is it cs2 issue?

I'll tell you something
I can run warzone 2 medium settings on my msi laptop
also fortnite and apex in medium / high
Valo like 300 fps in full

CS 2 is the only game i get freeze and i have to play in full low

It's actually pretty well optimized for modern computers. Stable 300 fps, no fluctuations, no stutters and no freezes. You can crash the game though if you try hard enough. Alt tabbing seems to be more crash prone in CS2 compared to it's predecessor.

This experience is had with i7 13700K, 3070 Ti, 32GB DDR5, m.2 SSD and
1080p @ custom settings.

he has rtx 4050
he shouldn't have any problem

cs is ugly and its a little game compared to apex , fortnite , warzone , etc

cs is ugly and its a little game compared to apex , fortnite , warzone , etc

Ugly is kinda subjective. I enjoy CS2's vibrant colors and it's graphical face lift even though it's by no means anything special. At least it doesn't look like a game from 2004 anymore like GO.

I suspect that there's something going on hardwarewise. Overheating, faulty components, something. He should be getting pretty stable 200-250 fps even with 4050.

2 days ago i have 250-300fps

No overheating, i buy this laptop 1 month ago. Its new, i checked temperature and else. Everything is good.
