Counter strafing and Peeker advantage

I've recently stumbled upon an YouTube video addressing why and how the AWP has seemingly got worse in CS2. One of the factor that it points out is that peeker advantage has worsened (in the sense that the Peekers now have More Advantage).

I wonder if nerfing or removing Counter-Strafing would lessen this problem a bit. Yes I'm fully aware that counter-strafe 1) is a core part of FPSs like CS and Valorant's gameplay AND 2) shows off the skill of the players AND 3) prevents the game from devolving into a camp fest. However it just aggravates the problem for players holding angles who are also suffer from the inevitable network latency. I just can't help wondering if Peeker advantage is greater now then keeping a factor that adds up to it is probably not a great idea.

Is there a server that eliminates counter-strafe or console commands to create a server that way? I wanna test it with my pals and see if removing counter strafe would take the fun away from the game.

(Please do note that I'm not an AWPer and AWPing getting harder pleases me to no end)
