How i got banned for using ALT+TAB and FULLSCREEN mode

I got banned yesterday, and I never used hacks or anything else. It shows that Overwatch issued the ban. I started checking my last demos to figure out what happened because I only played a few games last week. Then I found this: when I do ALT+TAB in fullscreen mode, the game freezes when I go back to it. Nothing alarming happens on my screen, but for everyone else, the camera suddenly moves 180 degrees and then returns to the position I have! So, I made videos showing what I see and what my teammates see, or even what I can see in my demos.

It's 100% because of this problem that the AI thinks I'm hacking, but I'm not.

If this were the case, damn near every person that ever played the game would be banned for alt+tabbing.

But not everyone got this problem, my friend doesnt have it, his camera is not moving when he goes alt+tab and then return to game.

Its not excuse, i can send all my last demos from games where u can see that im playing even worse than a mid player but all the rounds on a start when i alt tab i have this issue and when playing as well. So if you have real information, please send me it, if not, then dont even start talking about things you dont know.

This is bad for you.

But its absolutely not normal that things like this can happen at all. So i send all the information to support and they have all the logs to check and see how that all happens.

Like i said, i can give any information, any logs, any proofs to show, that this thing in videos is caused just by alt+tab nothing else and that the same thing happened in-game while i was playing and used alt+tab.

Support deals with account and billing issues. They can't do ANYTHING about your ban.

And you will be lucky if at best they forward this to the cs2 teams spam folder.

I understand that they are not dealing with bans and the topic now is not about it, its about bug that can happen with you or your friend and in overall all that new AI vac just can think that you are cheating because your camera is moving the same as hackers does. So i hope they at least gonna fix this ♥♥♥♥.

So can you clarify, why you need alt+ tab in fullscreen mode ?
Do you need set another programs while playing ?
