CS2 lag stutters
After many attempts, it turned out that IPV6 had to be disabled on the router. Is CS2 an old game with an old architecture?

There's clearly something wrong with your router's configuration if disabling IPv6 fixes stutters in a game.

I'm not the only one who has such problems with CS2 that for some reason it has lags and stutters. The problem is that I tested 4 routers. The effect is exactly the same on all of them.
By the way, my post is not the first to point out that Valve does not seem to use IPV6...

That's weird... I had lags but it was related to my GPU.. Oh damn,we are having a beta moment I guess.

I guess they still have some work to do... And the players have some nerves to lose, because the game still has some problems...

Yeah and it's so configuration dependent too... I had issues with AMD GPU isolated to CS2 alone, steam support said "take your pc to a repair shop",I changed gpus,it went away but... That experience just showed me how much of a "support" they were.

Oh well, hope you can also sort your problems out dude. Best of luck.

Mine just kind of stopped, at least for now.
I had no problems with performance, so thank you for your advice and good luck in solving yours

Oh yeah I was able to solve mine by changing to an Nvidia GPU yesterday. All's fine and no more freezes as opposed to the old AMD I had.

Gentlemen, have you checked the stability of your internet connection? For me it was low, too low for CS2 but bearable for other games. Finally, I managed to fix the problem. Apart from IPV6, which clearly caused problems for me, the connection quality was not the best. Check if it's the same on another internet. For example, from the phone.

I will only add that good Internet is not fast Internet, but stable.
