CSTV does not work in CS2

Hi all. Now the closed qualifications for the Major were taking place and I ran into a problem. The site says that by copying the link to the match (something like this: playcast "https://cstv.challengermode.com/gotvb/s90179755113346055t1705778513-1") and pasting it into the console, you can watch this match in CS2 itself. I’ll immediately eliminate the opinion, it says that closed qualifications can be watched by everyone, so no, it’s not because I don’t have access to watch the match. Well, after pasting the link into the console, the download begins, in the background there is a map on which the teams are playing, then on “Shader Compilation” (download progress is written in the lower right corner, and at the very end before the map starts, “Shader Compilation” is written there) ) the game just crashes. No errors. I do not know what to do . Everything about my friend's PC configuration is different. He has 11 win, I have 10, he has one video card, I have another, and so on. And it’s the same with him. Game crashes without error. Therefore, it's not because I have a weak PC.

Same here, everything worked fine before, yday this started, Compiling shaders and game closes. I have tried everything (even new windows :D). Steam support told me that this problem is from myside, that they dont see any errors.

The support responded in exactly the same way. But here’s what’s strange, I could say that this is a general glitch and we need to wait for the game update, but everything works for streamers (the same ohnepixel), although they are definitely watching through CSTV, very strange
