High ping, but good internet

Hello everyone,

I am writing to you because I have been experiencing major ping problems in-game since the release of CS2.
Please note, I have no FPS problem (200 on average, almost 300 max).
I don't understand, since my internet connection is good (300 MB/s download or upload).
My game is graphically at a minimum.
If I occasionally noclip when I've been killed, my ping increases drastically.
My ping shows less than 20ms, but I lag a lot, especially on maps like Dust II or Ancient.
Surprisingly, I lag even more in Matchmaking Premier.
I struggle to change weapons as if my ping is ultra high,
even though it is low in the score menu.
I can get 21ms for 72% CPU usage.
High ping and high CPU utilization go hand in hand.
I lag especially at the start of the game session...

Please help me if possible,
I don't know what to do anymore to be able to play my favorite game correctly.

Are there any commands I could set when launching the game?
Programs to install or uninstall?

I didn't have any of these problems in my CS:GO days...

your either expericing packet loss which good luck talking with your ISP to fix it.
or something like shader compilation stutter.
