No, during Operation Breakout it was steady at this price and went up so high in the time of Operation Vanguard up until Operation Bloodhound. If you watch old CSGO Videos you can see them on the market front page for 200€.

Yes, during Op. Breakout. Cobble and Overpass were newley introduced and skins from these collections, practically thrown after the players.
