Get global, then play in ESEA turnys and win them. They stream the semi finals/finals on twitch. Get known and then hope someone buys your team. (Or you get picked to join a team).

I dont want to be rude but you have a little amount of hours on csgo to start a "ESports Team" unless you're not talking about csgo but you are posting on the CSGO Discussions i am just trying my best not to be mean im just giving my honest opinion.

To be the best they aren't going to look at your ranking in CSGO their are going to see how you hold your own in game. Can you carry the team when they are down 4 guys and its a 5 vs 1 or 3 vs 1. Its going to matter if you can get lots of stars in game. What makes a pro a pro is fast reaction time, A team player, how to rotate on the drop of a hat. The one thing they look for in true players that want to do this is dedication and that they don't hack no matter what, ESEA, ESL, DreamHacks and other pro leagues have Zero Tolerance for any kind of Cheating, you cheat and you can kiss your career of playing pro good bye. Everyone thinks its a CSGO rank that gets you to pro level, but people do cheat to get to that level, so the whole notion of you have to be LEM is BS. I am 40 years old, and I remember in CAL the old League it was tallent and sponsors that got you to that level, of course it mattered who knew you and all. But the times ae a little different, now some would say its rank, but we all know this new ranking system doesn't demonstrate peoples true ability in LAN pro tornies. Either ways just make friends in our community no matter how many people say its a bad community, I have been doing cs 16 years and I am still here staying loyal to Counter Strike. I wish you good luck on all you try to do.
