if you have a majorly disruptive ban that means the account was using some form of cheats while on a secured server.
Your rank doesn't show, so as far as the person overwatching is concerned you could be any rank that is theirs or below. It also takes 20+ people with a 95% 'positive' that you are hacking for the ban to actually happen. So either you should go join a pro team, or you should stop hacking.
Cool story bro. Steam support won't do anything for you.
Overwatch has nothing to do with programs you have running you derp.
VAC bans are for programs, Overwatch is actual people watching your game. As I said, 99%+ positive rating on it, not even pro's get banned.
