Thats why Overwatch was introduced.
OW is usually fairly fast as it only requires a whole team to report a player. but that is the problem with OW. if no one reports then the player wont get OW. and with comp, it is not always easy to tell a person is cheating unless they are obvious. 6 hours is not that long if done in a day. depending on how long the matches last would range 30 min to an hour so 6-12 games. not to mention needing to get to rank 3 prior to that.
most who get a OW ban, eventually end up with a VAC once it catches up.
2.) VAC Bans are delayed. This means that it is very easy to get OW Banned before the VAC Ban is 'activated.'
3.) Overwatch is really fast. Bans are not given at a later date they are given almost instantly.
4.) Trying to do a test like this wont be accurate. Your going to get OW ban in an hour.
