Seen it couple of times. Usually the account has very few hours since it's OW'd very fast.

typing +right or +left in console makes you spin right or left. it technically means you are moving, so you are'nt kicked for inactivity

So according to Reddit, hacker that uses spinbot doesnt hack but it looks like he does?

spinbot means that he is using an anti-aim, and anti-aim are used in HvH (hack vs hack) because enemies aimbot will have a harder time locking and shooting the head. That's why cheat providers have "resolver" that simulates enemy spinbot for better targeting. The spinbotting person sees everything normally (he isn't spinning) Spinbot doesn't necessarily mean that he shoots at heads automatically. That's aimbot with autofire and norecoil on.
