Anyone have any tips regarding controlling emotions?
I cannot remain calm at all, i break everything due to csgo and yell at every single person who talks to me outside of the game while im playing... I don't yell at my teammates though i never get mad at them. I get mad at myself because i keep doing dumb things. I have moments where i make great plays by being patient but at least once a game i make a dumb choice or get killed from short because i looked long for a split second, and after i do that one dumb thing i simply start playing like ♥♥♥♥ afterwards... What can i do about this?

Go to a psychiatrist.

What I did to work on that was the following:

1) cl_mute_enemy_team 1
2) Stopped caring what skillgroup I am
3) Playing my matches round by round...if I have a bad start and we are behind 0-5, just remember they still need to win 11 more rounds. It ain't over til it's over.
4) Mute teammates who give no information and are negative all the time, they will stress you out, even if you don't notice it.

Psychiatrist? But i don't really have any anger management issues outside of csgo, except when being provoked xD, dfuze i'll try doing that... hopefully it will have a little effect..

It's part of training yourself to stay calm and letting things go. Remember we are ammatures and don't really need to win in any way. Play to improve and if people flame you and you get mad take a deap breath. Just let go, that's the way. Even if you get rekt hard. There is a reason you are getting rekt, most of the times multiple.

I know how you feel, my friend. I'm a League of Legends player as well.
You can always have a look at my guide regarding behavior / toxicity as well, maybe it will help you in some ways, too.

Accept it, take a deep breath, move on.

But psychologist would help you regarding being aggressive towards people outside of CS:GO, when you play it.
Just a friendly advice, dont take it as offensive. Psychologists can help on advice how to control emotions and how to keep calm in stressful situations. It is nothing to be ashamed of.

It's nothing to be ashamed of indeed.
I've seen a Psychologist in the past as well.
Even if it was because of my autism back then, it did help me control my emotions and live with my 'handicap'.

Yes, indeed. Psychologist would be OP's best hope to get suggestions on how to deal with unnecessary emotions.
Here in forum barely anyone will give reasonable suggestion, only troll.

Are you by chance a teenager?

You may be suffering from having emotions, don't worry, they go away with time.
