I didn't let him I left my computer to go to the toilet and he betted it I sent him home

I've been on the other end of this....someone went all in on a coinflip site against me and lost his skins, then messaged me to give them back.
I didn't, ofcourse.

Your account - your responsibility. If you had Steam Guard on your smartphone, he couldn't bet it.

be happy that your "friend" scam you of some virtual skin that can be farmed easily back, it would be worse if you were scammed of something more... valuable in life ;)
